Damaged/Missing Items

If your parcel damaged in transit or missing from the delivery, please email ;harpandwine@gmail.com, or Chat via Website with photos (damaged box, products etc), no later than 3 days after the receipt of a parcel. After investigated by our team, we will either send you a replacement or issue a store credit.

​Gift Boxes 

All our gift boxes were either pre-curated by us or your sender. All items were carefully curated just for you and due to this nature, we are not able to exchange any items in gift boxes. If there was a damaged or faulty items in your box, please email; harpandwine@gmail.com or Chat via website  no later than 3 days after the receipt of a parcel.

​We will either send you a replacement or issue a store credit.
